Each property owner can expect an initial consultation to determine the level of service to be provided and the value of that service. Following the initial consultation, the property owner will have the opportunity to compare our services to others. Afterwards, if the property owner determines, Marda Realty to offer the best services for their needs, a property acquisition celebration will be scheduled. During the property acquisition celebration the property owner will sign a contract with Marda Realty for the services he/she has chosen. Marda Realty will immediately take responsibility for these properties and begin providing services whether they are leasing and/or property management.
